1. Booking Terms and Conditions

1.1 Reservation Requirements

  • All bookings require a 30% advance payment to confirm reservation
  • Remaining balance must be paid at the resort during check-in
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests
  • Maximum 3 guests per tent (subject to tent type)
  • Minimum stay of 1 night

1.2 Booking Confirmation

  • Booking is confirmed only after successful advance payment
  • Confirmation email will be sent within 2 hours of payment
  • Our team will contact you to verify booking details
  • Please keep booking ID for reference

1.3 Age Requirements

  • Primary guest must be 18 years or older
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by adults
  • Special arrangements required for unaccompanied minors

2. Payment Policies

2.1 Payment Structure

  • Advance Payment: 30% of total booking amount
  • Balance Payment: 70% at resort during check-in
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

2.2 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Online: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking
  • At Resort: Cash, Card, UPI
  • All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • Payment receipts will be provided for all transactions

2.3 Payment Security

  • All online payments are encrypted and secure
  • We do not store your payment card details
  • Payment information is handled by secure third-party processors
  • You will receive SMS/email confirmation for all payments

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Charges

  • 7+ days before check-in: 90% refund of advance payment
  • 3-7 days before check-in: 50% refund of advance payment
  • 1-3 days before check-in: 25% refund of advance payment
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

3.1 Cancellation Process

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email/WhatsApp)
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing fees may apply as per payment gateway policies

3.2 Force Majeure

  • Full refund for cancellations due to natural disasters
  • Government restrictions or travel bans
  • Resort closure due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Documentation may be required for force majeure claims

4. Check-in and Check-out

4.1 Check-in

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM onwards
  • Early check-in subject to availability (additional charges may apply)
  • Valid ID proof required for all guests
  • Balance payment must be completed before check-in
  • Security deposit may be required (refundable)

4.2 Check-out

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out subject to availability (additional charges)
  • Room inspection will be conducted before check-out
  • Security deposit will be refunded after inspection
  • Personal belongings must be removed from tent

5. House Rules and Policies

5.1 General Rules

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • No smoking inside tents (designated smoking areas available)
  • No pets allowed (service animals with prior approval)
  • No outside food in dining areas
  • Respect other guests and resort property

5.2 Safety and Security

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by staff
  • Keep tents locked when not occupied
  • Report any safety concerns immediately
  • Emergency contact numbers are provided in each tent
  • First aid kit available at reception

5.3 Property Damage

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property
  • Damage charges will be deducted from security deposit
  • Additional charges may apply if damage exceeds deposit
  • Report any existing damage upon check-in

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Resort Liability

  • Resort is not liable for personal injury during activities
  • Guests participate in activities at their own risk
  • Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items
  • Safe deposit boxes are available for valuables

6.2 Guest Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
  • Supervise children at all times
  • Report any accidents or incidents immediately
  • Respect wildlife and natural surroundings

  • Personal Information: Name, phone number, email address, nationality
  • Booking Details: Check-in/check-out dates, tent preferences, guest count
  • Payment Information: Payment method, transaction details (processed securely through Razorpay)
  • Special Requests: Any additional requirements or preferences you specify

7.2 How We Use Your Information

  • To process and confirm your booking reservations
  • To communicate booking confirmations and updates
  • To provide customer support and assistance
  • To improve our services and guest experience
  • To comply with legal and regulatory requirements

7.3 Data Protection Measures

  • Secure Storage: All data is stored using industry-standard encryption
  • Limited Access: Only authorized staff can access your information
  • Secure Payments: Payment processing through PCI DSS compliant Razorpay
  • Regular Updates: We regularly update our security protocols

7.4 What We Do NOT Do

  • We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties
  • We do NOT share your data with marketing companies
  • We do NOT use your information for unsolicited marketing
  • We do NOT store your payment card details on our servers

7.5 Data Retention

  • Booking information is retained for 3 years for legal and service purposes
  • Payment records are kept as required by financial regulations
  • You may request deletion of your data after your stay (subject to legal requirements)
